cooking - Pam's ambition kept her rising to the top
Outside of being an incredible DJ she was an accomplished chef. She inherited a small deli located in Foster City and has been transformed by Pam Warren into a catering firm that handles weddings, corporate events and BBQs site. Warren has been affiliated with Piccadilly Deli in various ways, from working out the front with customers to preparing home-made salads, sandwiches and sauces, which eventually turned into strictly catering.
Little did she know that the experience she was given would prepare her for ownership. Growing with the business personally and professionally, she was able to use the tools given to her to meet the challenges of being self-employed. |
In 1999, Warren purchased the business with the confidence of having a good sense of business operations. Piccadilly offers personal care and services to each client's special needs or requirements. The company had offered a full service staff, bartenders and dj services to ensure that client events go smoothly and stress free. Having been involved in all levels of food service production, Piccadilly staff are proud of their customer service and presentation. In early 2003, Warren added Cajun food to the menu. She had opened an all you can eat Sunday Brunch, specializing in crawfish, gumbo, grilled catfish, and including her famous peach cobbler and old fashioned bread pudding in whiskey sauce. Piccadilly has grown dramatically since Pam Warren became it's owner. Here are a couple of her recipes to success. |
